The Hospital Bill Eraser program is based on the Affordable Care Act of 2010 which set forth an IRS 501r requirement that non-profit hospitals must provide free and discounted care.

The Hospital Bill Eraser program can be offered to all individuals and will be available upon individual enrollment within our platform or through an employer to overlay current major medical plan.

Non-profit hospitals comprise more than half of all hospitals in the United States, and many serve as centers for advancing medical research and educating health care professionals.

5,000 hospitals have financial assistance policies, including 3,000 non-profit hospitals and 2,000 for-profit hospitals, in this program and fill gaps in the U.S. health care system and the social safety net.
